Mediation

Mediation is a structured, confidential process that helps people in conflict communicate more effectively, understand each other’s perspectives, work toward practical solutions and resolve disputes without the need for a court determination.

Guided by a neutral third party, the Mediator, participants are supported to make informed decisions that reflect their needs, values, and goals.

In family matters, mediation offers a respectful space to discuss parenting arrangements, property division, and other issues that arise during separation. It empowers families to resolve disputes without going to court, or to end litigation, and can be especially valuable in helping children’s voices be heard in a safe and appropriate way.

At Olivia Koorey Mediation & Family Law, we approach mediation with empathy, clarity and a commitment to helping you move forward with confidence and care.
